Hello brothers and friends. I want to apologize for my absence of late. I have been working on a new website. This site is designed to showcase all of the talent we have here at OCA as well as over at NBOC. Both Gunbo and Kal-EL have been very cool and allowed me to link these sites together. The blog format should allow authors and their contributions to stay on the surface, in easy to access levels. I want to increase our overall exposure to manufacturers as well as new up-and-coming talent. All active hwbot team members who are interested, please contact me asap regarding usernames and passwords. I will be glad to go over the basic technique of posting and image posting to get this ball rolling. Heres the link, please let me know what you think of the site, suggestions welcome. I dunno if you intended on being soooo offensive but comparing the worm hole to techreaction isn't fair in this instance. I for one support all enthusiast sites that arnt run by asshats. I am sorry if some of our intentions were lost in translation :shock:, lol. The wormhole is not an overclocking site, its an overclocker site. I see my brothers at NBOC and OCA (and many other places as well) doing amazing things with their pc components, and I wanted to create a venue where they could write about it and perhaps attract some positive comercial attention.....with the added perk of helping along & perhaps attracting new talent to their teams.

Anyone with a helpful "team" disposition, who belongs to a bot team and is pushing the envelope, is welcome. Think of the wormhole as a collective of the worlds finest oc'ers creating a knowledge base together. I know that the admins of the second and third best teams in the U.S. can see this site's value, I hope everyone else will too.

On a side note, I would like to add that Enjoy did a fantastic job with wordpress on his site (if he didn't hire someone to do it), the site looks amazing. I will be improving the wormhole on a daily basis.

He pays a webdesigner to do all his webworks, skin jobs and so forth. You sir are doing it the overclocker way, by you're own two hands. :clapping:

Site looks interesting, little flashy for me, if its an info site, info should probably be on the home page, even a panel with just a list of headlines would add to the home page :)

Well I work part time repairing computers at Erie Community College. I also run a home business repairing/selling/building computers and hardware and an online ebay store. Thats where the work is picking up for me. Its been a reallllllllllly slow year so far. Has made any hardware purchses tough.

Considering that the site is not a forum based site and is more of a blog, membership really doesn't apply as it were. The contibutors there are people who are trying to showcase their benchwork for the purpose of attracting sponsorship or assisting up and coming talent. I insist that they have a helpful team disposition and be willing to share their knowledge with their readers. If you read the "where does the wormhole go" page, it may explain more... and when you feel that you are at an "extreme" level, I would love to talk to you about contributing.:good:

Nice, I graduated in 02. Theres no LN2 here even though they have an "industrial refrigeration" program. Not even dry ice can be gotten here. Thats ok though cause airgas only charges me $.50/L for my 50L or $.33/L if I rent a 180/240L

OC made it, we barbecued up some fat new york strips friday night, and toasted all of our absent friends with some ice cold new castles.:toast: Then we attempted to test the new w3540 which arrived for the occasion, till 2 am with no positive outcome. Bitch cold bugged from -25c to ~, so we were hesitant to put her on LN2. Convention morning arrives 5 hours later, we load up, arrive and setup by 11am. Here is the rest briefly.
W3540 continues to coldbug on Roms bench :goofy: :thumbdown:
W3520's on both Rom's and OC's bench won't exceed 5.1GHz :thumbdown:
