Some guy on Youtube using V-Lite to strip down Windows 7 features. If it works, it'd be handy to strip down a Win 7 OS for gaming or BENCHING!!!! ;)

It all depends on how you scalp the operating system. There are all kinds of services and stuff you can remove from the install disk like languages and stuff to make the os lighter/smaller/faster. Remove the wrong things and some things may not work correctly. Its interesting stuff.

Is this "Bench OS guide" or just another Vlite guide with no specific goals in mind?

Its just a demo indicating that you may use v-lite on Windows7.

Nice did he have to modify anything to get it working with 7? Or does it support 7 by default? I havent even tried chopping 7 down yet
