Question about ATi HD4350

hey all this is my first ati card today and i got a HD 4350 GPU clock is 600 i got gpuz opened up and is not giving me full 600 it sems like the cool'n'quite on amd is on or something

i don't really know how to turn it off or if there is a way to turn it off?
i have already install the ATi software

how much can this thing overclock if any?

I had 2 4350's. both did 800 on the core......

btw, yes the 2d clocks might be very low, try using afterburner or something, once you close CCC and bump the clocks using afterburner there is no going back to 2d clocks.....
