Hi,

I have a MSI 260 gtx 55nm REV 1 NCP 5388 card. I want to volt mod it and have read quite a bit on volt modding. I couldnt find any info or guide for the 260 gtx REV1, could find 280 285 all day long and 260 rev2, which i think is the ncp5395? Anywayz heres all info i dug up so far. Heres a pic i dug up on the mod. Looks like pin 19 to a variable resistor to ground

I measures resistance from pin 19 to ground and got 12.25 k ohm!! Only variable resistor could find is a pot 250k ohm one, about same size as the ones they used in this mod. Does that sound about right? Seems a little large compared to other mods...

heres a link to the data sheet

If you can provide any more info be great. I'm kinda going into this blind, i got no real guide to work off of and no images of 100 percent confirmed working mod. I think in those pics they were able to short out the OCP and move it to a useful level. They did run into a OVP after 180mv from stock voltage. I cant find anything about how to get past OVP or pics of anything else really. I tried another site but kinda dead in the water on that site also.
