EVGA today showed off their GTX 480 Super Clocked graphics cards running on their Classified 4 way motherboard running in Quad SLI. Many of you may not know this, but Nvidia officially supports 4 way or quad SLI with the GTX 480 and 470s. Tom Petersen, Director of Technical Marketing at Nvidia stated that Nvidia will officially support 4-Way SLI designs coming from EVGA and ASUS.
I can't wait to see the benchmark results from four GTX 480s in Quad SLI. I think that you would probably need atleast a 1500w PSU, but it should be able, with proper cooling, to break alot records.
