Running faster then everyone but the top guy. Ram timings doesnt seem to make a difference, cause 4-4-3-8 didnt help. Running the 32bit XP xtreme that was linked in the other thread.
Its the same thing with the other CPUs Ive been benching. Spi and Pifast I kick ass with even lower CPU speeds then others, but wprime I cant do shit.

AMD clocking aint my bag but can you increase HT speed?

Not really, already pushing what it can do. Plus one of the 3.4 guys is running HT slower then mine.

For 32m I usually run 3 threads on AMD ...
For 1024. only 1 per core. but I use the same tweaks as for spi32. LSC, MAXMEM and diagnostic mode. Spitweaker is a nice tool that cleans your temp files and also runs copywaza for you. Can try that.

Display drivers are your problem. Install them. I had the same issue an Splave told me to install them an I did an it fixed the problem. I never did thank you Splave, Thanks. Sometimes u get wrapped up an stuff an keep thinking inside the box.

Just gave that a try. Using an x1650XT and tried the 10.2s, and it made no difference

Are you assigning threads?

Are you assigning threads?
Tried running 2 and 3 threads. 3 sometimes was faster, but not always.

Yeah, was using 4-4-3-5-11 ~1018, then for wprime ~790 4-4-4-12-19 had the best run I got.

Get all the tweaks in place neuro mentioned. This should improve your times. Also this (http://www.devhardware.com/c/a/Hardware-Guides/Competitive-Benchmarking-Tips-and-Tricks/1/) is a good guide which explains some stuff. Good luck!

When doing copy-waza, does it have to be from the OS partition to another? My drive has three partitions, two of which arent being used. I could put a movie file on one, and just move it back and forth.

Around 4GB file D: --> C: --> D: (i believe to have heard it from AndreYang) and as soon the file transfer is over you hit go. Go get them!

Interesting. I have always done D:-C: wait a minute after transfer and go. MAy have to give that a try :)

Yeah he was talking about D>C and than back to D would give him the best results. ;)

approx 30-35 seconds is the money wait time (atleast for spi32m)

Yeah thats what I left spitweaker timer at... 35 seconds. I usually still don't hit start right away though.

The way I understand Copy Waza is that when after your move the files for the last time and its done you hit GO immediately when the memory is empty so SPI gets the first rights to use it.
