Use Large System Cache
Ntfs Memory Usage
Disable 8.3 Filenames
Disable Date Stamping
Disable Boot Tracing
Windows Prefetcher

Windows Services

Thats a pretty old utility and don't think its needed anymore.

The only thing I turn off is defrag.

Things like turning off system restore will mess you up if you ever need to do a driver roll back. Turning off date time stamps will also mess up your backup software when you only backup recently changed files.

That software was used for the first OCZ drives that had issues and not needed anymore. I basicly use my SSD's just like a HD and do nothing different for them.

All those options can be changed with a simple .reg file. No need for extra software

you can create a .reg file with the right settings, and simply run it to change settings in registry...
