but the problem is mobo on this moment.

The ones I have are QB7M though.... I think theres one stepping newer.... wont affect anything desktop side.... more server related than anything for the update.

I will pass though most likely. Will wait for z79 or X88 or whatever they call it when they get the promised features of sandybridge-e actually working.

(PCIE3 getting nixed was a deal breaker IMHO. the benefits of using it even at pcie2.0 speeds... was too much to ignore...18% improvement per clock basically
(reduced from 20% overhead to 1.5%). Allowing better performance from EVERYTHING that used the PCIE bus. From USB3.0 to GFX to storage devices.)
