You know its just a matter of time bro. The reason the Empire issued that warpcore tech to you first, your prototype Warbird sports the Breen plasma coolant.

Since my i7 975 arrived as a paperweight, I had to install the i7 950.
I have all the luck with the DOA shit......

Anyhow, I just got windows up and running with the i7 950 last night. I have it air cooled with a Mugen II cooler and it runs 4.1 GHz with 1.2v, 4.46 GHz with 1.34v. I have only tinkered with it for about 2 hours. I haven't run any benches, and I only ran prime for a short time to get a feel for general stability. Not bad on air cooling so far. Probably not a"cherry chip" but it's a decent one. I'm sure it will like the SS.

I have no time. :(

From my experience's so far with my 950 I can tell you I will not even consider a 975. This chip just continues to blow my mind (and the bot). :trophy:

trouble with these bloody CPUs is that multi
Intel's even multies are pretty buggy :(
you should use 23x instead for OCing. It will probably yield better results

Ya, the 24 multi on the i7 950 is useless (on mine anyhow).
23 multi works great.

Of course. I wouldn't expect nothing less than probe temps from you nboc guys :good: That is pretty good temps. What hp compressor and condensor do you have on that monster? Would you mind posting pics?
