How do you guys keep track of stuff?
Most of us prob have a lot of chips, and I was wondering how do you guys keep it organized?
Right now I am using note cards cut it in half, and wright the name of the chip, the SL-spec, FSB and muti with batch code. example: Celeron________352 SL96P _________Maly 3200MHz_______533MHz ______________x24 L608B392 ______C1 and then keep it in a box like a file cabinet but because i am so backed up with my other stuff i am having a hard time overclocking all my chips... with about 20~30 of them in it (that's just 775 i have no idea where my box filled of 478s went), and on top of that i have like 16~19 different AMD based chips i a running out of space... Just wanna see how you brosiks doing it.... |
you can you write on them with a black marker ?

This is what i am talking about//./

What DOM said is what I have seen most often.
Usually its model number and freq the rest is available online if you are not familiar enough with the chip. |
I am a little OCD comes to tech stuff, all my chips are cleaned and shined after every bench unless i am using it the next day or something
