yea just tell them you are a good customer, they will hook you up as they take the path of least resistance typically, especially once they pull up your account and see how much you spend. They wanted me to pay shipping and a restock fee for a defective monitor a week or so ago, called up and they fixed everything right away, may have helped I had three laptops and two entire PC builds in the sque ...............
