They didn't need to waist any money on releasing another highend card just a couple months before releasing DX11 5000 series cards. AMD/ATI have came up with some amazing products in the last year. I don't think they are wasting money, I know just about everyone with a wallet would run out and pick up the 4890x2's immediately. Then the 5xxx would be released and double whammmy for your mammmmy.
