Picked up the RVE with some 2666mhz run of tbe mill cas15 and x5960. Thinkin now i shoulda went with the workstation x99, it has extra chips for more pcie lanes which maybe then i could run 4-way SLi + M.2 nvme ssd amd raid 0 the sammy 850's.

3-way+ m.2 should be fine tho

The 1090T seems to be scaling just fine. Limited myself to 1.5v on CPU still. No need to burn up a perfectly good chip by voltage whoring. A few more 2D benchmark runs and board insulation begins.
