Well I picked up one of these cheap and since I am at my sisters and I had cable TV installed, I thought I would take down the HTPC for a low power downgrade.
OCing was much easier than I expected.. 2 GHz running right now, while I am still setting up the HTPC.
I am actually rather surprised how well it performs once you bump up the clocks a little. At least as good as my old Duron 750MHz setup
Assuming all holds up well I might be able to crank out a few boints tomorrow after I get XP installed
Whenever my new RAM gets here I will bench the old HTPC (3600x2), then set that up as my 24/7 PC and get back to enjoying my AMD 920 at 4+ GHz
(although as a 24/7 and gamer I enjoy it plenty fine at 900 MHz
