Let me ask you this, what are the recommended VTT volts for 1000Mhz?

whatever it takes to be stable

seriously though, it is likely going to be around 1.40v on average based on my limited chip supply. i have had 4 chips now that i tested for 1000MHz and 3 of them can run stable at 1.35v~1.40v on the Classified, my 920 simply can't run memory stable at 1000MHz. it won't POST or handle load at anything over 1.45v VTT, and 8x32M won't run at 1.45v at 1000MHz on memory. so some chips simply won't run it.

That's what I figured. Have ran mine between 1.35-1.4v. I am just tryin to figure out what might be the hyper killer. Was thinking maybe it was too low of vtt or somethin.

gotcha, on the flip side, i have done the majority of my benching at 1.40v VTT with my Elpida kits. i have gone higher when i had a 965 C0 but since going D0, they haven't seen more than 1.45v VTT and almost always 1.40v VTT, as the screens show in this OC Report. i think most of the 6-7-6 results are at 1.50v VTT but with CL7 all i've needed is 1.40v VTT.

Just curious, what are your multimeter readings for 1.4v BIOS/Eleet VTT settings?

running 32M right now with a W3540 at 5.2GHz 1.45v vCORE/1.40v VTT and the DMM is getting 1.383v for VTT just past 13th loop.

Right about where mine is. Could you test your RAM as well?

Thanks Jody !!

Now I have to get two sets of these. One for the Classified and another for AMD setup, if they make them for that. Good grief I am going to have to rob a bank.

929MHz 6-7-6 @ 1.75v set in BIOS = 1.763v by DMM. this is again single 32M right in the middle of the run.
