Wazza and all of that are fine. I am referring to tweaks that Trick the os or benchmark from a timing perspective to believe that time was passing slower than it actually did.

In other words cheating. Like using a higher clock frequency and dropping cpu frequency to make the alloted clcok speed minimum.

In normal words, only one of 3 are going to win (we know who they are). As it is all about the tweaks. OCAers dont cheat, it would mean instant expulsion. Tweaking though is shared heavily and expect the top 20 to all be contenders at the bot for that GHz

I am confused by this ?? How is changing these two parameters considered cheating

Isn't this the reason people buy unlocked procs, to have more options?

I could never get that Chinese OS to work so I'm at a disadvantage already.
