I got my SS fixed the same way Splave did, and it arrived from Ron at Under the Ice this afternoon. I had him ship it to my UPS store box and went to pick it up around 2PM. To give you an idea of the packaging, the pic below was the SECOND box, there had been a larger box, about 4 inches in each dimension larger, and it was strapped and filled with peanuts surrounding this box.
It was too big to fit in the car, so I left the larger box at UPS after making a mess with the peanuts
Haven't tried it out yet cause of the new job (what rotten timing
: ) but it's just too gorgeous to believe. On casters too
Batteries in flash died so no front view
Oh well
