the mosfets i think are rated 35w so 140w should be ok....

also adding heatsinks will help too

2nd set of rams suck big time....

3rd set tomorrow...

these asus guys are awesome....

you haven't seen the vaseline yet...i used vaseline on every square mm on this board LOL

its completely water proof

Wish you the best of luck with the board, it's just amazing! Max 32M benchable for my i7 860 on Maximus III Formula was around 4980MHz (on SS), and I managed 4930MHz with the Giga board. 235MHz bclk 32M benchable with the SS was fairly easy - topped out at 242.
