They have no problem forcing leaks in almost anything. If you wind up using one, make sure you use good tube and your shit is tight.

No doubt about it.

Lucky for me I am a plumber by trade ............

SS clamps =WIN

don't forget to grease those O-rings

For real though with the right block the tubulence caused by flow rates such as this bring abient air to another level.

I have a 655 and it a weak soul, My gold fish doesn't even like it .... lol, but seriously ripping though as many blocks and rads the daawg is talking about here will take a serious pump ....

Planning on using two Laing D5s set on 5 (well, it looks like 2 but it's actually 5) Don't anticipate any problmes but I'll let you know Using a Kryos HP which has higher back pressure than the GTZ, so if that don't work I'll have to get one or two of those eheims you use Rick - Never used anything other eheim on my fish tanks

May I ask what model of the 655 you had & what you disliked about it?

Found about 4 or 5 "Uber 655's" a while ago here (I assume it's the same kind?): http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...773876d90688b2

MOAR is better than Better

That is the Overclockers way

Seriously, would you BUY a preclocked 5GHz Sandy Bridge setup? If it cost twice as much as what you could, but was a nice tight package?

Same with Rads. I wouldnt use less than a 3x120 for a 1366 CPU. Maybe 4x120 for a GT. Otherwise might as well just do air.

GPUs are better heaters. I know my 580GTX runs very cool. But it has a great Heatsinks design and the air coming out the back is a great way to warm the fingers when benching some extreme air even at idle

3 pumps would be overkill. The monsta isn't restrictive at all - heck, didn't somebody post some review claiming it was less restrictive than an equivalent length of plain 3/4 tubing? 2 D5's would be plenty, and I'd put em in series rather than separate loops. Monsta and a 120 would do you fine IMO. Heck the monsta alone would be fine if you were using any card other than 580's/480's.

Overkill is great, but if you're truly trying to make this one tidy I wouldn't sweat it too much.
