Then i guess its gotta have something to do with 120V lines???? I got QX9650 @ 5.5 and 2 9800GX2/4870x2, , on the same 850W here in India where we run on 240V

I only had problems when I ran up the CPU + GPU clocks. Could be the lines tho as 240v is much different that 120v.

I guess basically what you're saying is that your 850w psu is all thats needed for a top scoring rig? I'm tryin to swallow that pill but its not going down.

certainly not enough for your 4 GPU's running in tandem.....but yeah I have run 2 GTX295 and i7 as well on my 850W....I have another 850W in the closet just for the day when my primary wont be able to take the load....

I wonder if it has to do with the way the 240 is converted into 12v ????

If not I am at a loss and you should write them and give them a pt on the back

that is a kick ass 850 bro..... my 750 PCP &C did not make the trip with 2x 295's

thats why I had to use that TT 650 GPU PS

*sigh

Worked well enough for Shamino but extreem cold, yes as I said earlier I doubt it. Pretty sure the i7 alone is going to pull more than 300W, another 50+ for the board. 50 for ram and hdds... That only leaves 800W rated to 1000W actual left for the GPUs

The Antec TPQ 1200 will power it all, unless you're running LN2 on the graphics as well. This is coming from Andre's testing. This includes LN2 cooled CPU (gulftown) and OC'd GPU's on air or water.

I have been looking at that Silverstone 1500..Hopeful to future proof but it has mixed reviews. I also like the direct connect over the Mod...

So that 1200 Antec is supposed to be good also Mike???

The 1100 CM has been strong but I have alot hooked up and will try 2 5970's sooner or LATER!!!!
