no it's 8800 GTS
I think I've figured it out
it's driver problem
when I try to change something in Nvidia control panel (like force vertical sync off) it returns to defaults any way

it's all new driver !!!
I download 197.77 version and now mipmap works
that's on 8800 G92
I also have 260 and I don't know how drivers will work on it

Likely some sorta geographically based policy implemented by photobucket in your country. The governement might have some sorta restriction or they are seeking revenue from you guys somehow. Dunno, glad we got you hooked up and jammin tho
