Man Down! Man Down!
Either my board or chip is dead
IDK! WTF? BBQ!
Was benching 4870x2 at 5.53ghz just fine (55x100.7). Dropped bclk to 99.7 and she rebooted fine. Upped multi to x56 and she booted fine. Then upped bclk to 100 and bang boom digidy endless reboot loops from HELL! . Not sure if its the chip or board. PSU, Ram, GPU tested sat.
So there goes my plan for April Domination, Fawk ME

Who knows dude roll it back to stock re seat everything, hopefully it was just playing dead .... and will be fine
if not I would look to power first,
Good luck man, I am hoping for the best as I am sure you are too

the same has happened with me as well on UD7. Can you try, the memory in Slot 1 & 3(if they are in 2 & 4 right now) or vice a versa. Or maybe use some other memory stick, but again in different slot. If it doesnt work, then try only 1 stick. Btw now when I see, all slots are working as such fine, and all of the sticks too.
Have you tried removing the CPU??? On mine, I see sort of burned marks I guess......
