Default Asus P8P67 WS

Just got this thing together.

Board: Asus P8P67 WS Revolution

BIOS: 1053

CPU Batch: LO40B705

S/N 35041346A1650

Not 100% done as I have some running around I have to do.

Just have one stick of RAM right now waiting on RMA set to show up

Quick auto tune results 4.533 Ghz at 70F room temp

The H70 is a POS but not as big a POS as I thought it would be ....

May be capable for it's it's intended use and decent to clock with outside

What's the temps like with the H70 idle and load? I was thinking of getting the H60 when it drops.

That's a huge case!

Intel CPU power saving BS still on

Idol: 22C (drops out to 1650 Mhz)
32M load & 4.533: 44C

will do a 1024 load in a few

Bigger case than I wnated buy it will have to do. mounting a handle on top and cutting a blowhole in the top eventually

the 580's throw some serious heat

Thanks Honda brand new case. I forgot what a PITA it is working inside one

My dilemma is I can install a lowrise CPU cooler, a Coolit ECO, Corsair H50 or H60 and that is about it. So thinking the H60 will prolly be my best bet.

I bet they put off some heat. Worried about that myself in my little arse case. Case allows for a GPU no bigger than 10.5" long and that is every bit of a GTX580! We'll see.

You plan on a different case or going to stick with this? What handle you have in mind?

Gotta say for a system that tight a one of these closed loop sytems may be the ticket as opossed to a pancake air cooler.

They are not great but preform on par with top of the line air

Gettin rid of the heat the 580 will make will be paramount. \

This case is 15" high and 19" deep, going to roll with it

Here are some I have been looking at

Expensive as all hell but you can put them together as one.

My case is 14" high and 13" long!!!
