Question How will i know if i maxed out

this is been the most useless unhappy weekend of all time!
i been trying to oc since friday 2pm and that wasted about 17L of LN2 on the 1366 and coun't event get it to boot at the "normal" speed... (5.0Ghz)
so now switched around and went to the baby commando and clocking some CPUZ but i am wondering how will i know if i maxed out the chip or not?
http://hwbot.org/community/submissio...8_mhz?new=true

seemed like my pentium 631 maxes out at 6251.08mhz cuz one more hit i'll just restart the system everytime no matter what i have tried starting fsb @ 250 and 350 and 360 and they all crashes at the same speed

this is the first time me benching on it so shouldn't be degreaded but i have no idea the thing is tho..
i have no idea if it's the motherboard or the ram or something along the line of all that but i just can't seem to get it clock stupidly high anymore...

thank god i get LN2 for free or i'd be bitching right now...
i am nagging right now not bitching
