Hipro has some uber mods that he does. Too bad he's stingy and won't produce/sell those things.

Yeah he has had that out for awhile.

It's pretty crazy mod tho. Don't think anyone but him could actually install it on a GPU, it's looks insane to mount it.

There is another thread where he shows the PCB layout and different parts used. But how do you connect it up, I don't know.

What its doing is completely bypassing the voltage regs on the cards themselves. IIRC he removes stock vrms and solders his GPU Maximizer into the appropriate spots. Then he has a super high quality power source with no OCP/OVP limits or anything
