Custom accumulator brazed and fitted.
The internal design is NOT an empty cavity, but contains an item to cause baffling and stop linear flow.

Tuning now Temps later. Though that unloaded shot was at about -41C.
And no case as of yet, just the steel triple bar frame which is getting etched, primed, painted, and cleared tomorrow I think. Should be good.
But I will be putting forth a shot at a cheap frame that the user could case however they wished. Acrylic being a prime option.

It's a 1/5hp little unit, r404a compressor, copeland.
Chilly1 blue with 100cfm 110vac fan.
20" Flex line, Chilly1 evaporator, unmodified.

250W @ -26.5C
200W @ -30.5C
150W @ -35.4C

At 250W, 240psi high side, 30psi low.
The charge is primarily R402a.
Captube is .031" capillary tube, probably around 6ft right now.
Custom accumulator and SLHX.

Small format, and pictures of the base coming up later, nice steel framework with some paint. Size fits for drop into a V2000 if my measures are correct.

Compressors a bit warm at 33C, but overall not even that bad. Still producing very little noise, quieter then a NF9FX on r134a The noise is all in that fan, but it's needed for the moment with this kind of condenser.

Hope you enjoy.
