Default AM2+ or AM3 mobo recommendation

Looking for a new board, my M4A79 Deluxe is a POS. My Foxconn does high HTREF and has some freakishly high CPU/NB capability, but the lack of bios options means dialing it in is more of a crap shoot, than OC skill.

(Have no intentions of getting rid of it though, as it is a damn feature rich motherboard for general usage )

Thinking of jumping to AM3, but not pinned to it. Seems to be better boint results with them though so I am looking.

Can not afford a $200 mobo. Looking for mobo and DDR3 1600 6-6-6 capable for about $200 total.

Any recommendations for a cheap setup that will catapult me to the next level?

Thanks
