I was benching @ 5+ Ghz with my 920 for $ 199.99 at those temps ....

Have to be missing something or this chip is just a total POS ... one of the two

Hell my memory with a 2:8 divider is laying on the beach in a hammock sipping a Mia Tia

Check my 920 runs on the bot, all on DICE, all ranging between -32C to - 46C load.

WD, you can't approach that chip like a 920. Toss what you know regarding high bclcks and use that damned multiplier 2:10 you should be be raping.

I hear ya bro ... have been using the max multi ... I will hit up 2:10 and see if that makes a diff .... I was holding it back till I got stable clocks to rule out mem as a road block .... you think that may be the root of the problem ?

going at it again tommorow night in hopes for getting some Dice settings for the weekend on the V1 .....

I didn't think it would be world changing but was hoping for mere 100 more Mhz out of a $ 500.00 chip ....

Your right though bro I have been trowing my 920 settings at it up and down

just seems to love vtt and vcore to dangerous proportions though ....

1.587 fried my 920 at 5132 ... got validation before it gave up the ghost though .....

Yea will give it a go Rev .... see what happens at 2:10 as I tryied that with 2:8 and failed at many voltage settings ... hope it opens like a door for some BOT rapage
Thinking if I can get 5.1 on the SS dialed in may be looking at mid 5.2's or maybe 5.3 for validation on Dice .... and 5.1 benchable 3D would be worth the cash

PC Games is hot on our ass now........

Honday for validtion I was using 1.65 vtt 1.588 Vcore on a B batch ....
Proved to be to much for it to bare .....

But in all fainess I pounded that thing two months straight almost everyday work 3D hardware bonts ... that 920 was a monster

I have a strong SS for validation it held solid at -46C

@ 4.95 for 1024 Prime it takes a huge hit though ... have seen it as high as 13C

3D typically hangs in around -35C for CPU on Vantage and 06 .... the rest barely tough it

1.68 on the vdimm ... the Storms are particularly strong at 7-8-7-21 1T well within the specs at 2:8
