i joined on 2009 not really sure what made me think i should join OCA but i do remember i was on ripping.org which the site isn't there anymore. ripping.org was a site that's before or the sametime hwbot came out. but it was even slower than hwbot so that made me make the switch from that to the bot.
and i remember i was just looking around and saw OCN and XS and all those "big" guys back in the days...
i was on lunch break at vanderbilt (the skool) and PMed superman and that's pretty much how i got here hehe

I came here after the the NBOC was disolved, kind of wierd the way it all went down, once the writing was on the wall though I asked Kal to join here as lots of my friends came here and the awsome membership that was already in place before any NBOC members joined, funny how it played out as I am the only one from that team that is not affiliated with the Sub Zero Syndicate.

That was an interesting development wasn't it. I was a NBOC member also. Had I not had CP to run, I probably would have wound up here also. I kinda did anyway.;)
I also remember talk of a 3 way merger. If that had happened, OCA would be 4th in the world right now.

It was to say an interesting development the way it played out, I am sad that I have lost touch with Gunner and Demelo though. (Great Guys for the record) I must say though I am happy to be here now and my teammates here old and new are not only passionate benchers but some really great guys as well and the dude who runs the joint is of strong moral character.


A three way merger would have been way cool bro ......... 4th in the world ... hell yea, but not to be, still great to see yourself and Bones around on the forums as both of you have a great wealth of knowledege and are some reall cool customers ......... :thumbsup:

I was gonna say, Mr.Scott and Bones have always been fun to be around :)

We have certainly seen some interesting things during our journeys here at oca, made some wonderfully strong and enduring relationships,
seen the coming and going of interesting folk, dormant overclockers turn into typhoons, and typhoons turn into tropical slackers :D. The ebb
and tide of overclocking. Late baby boomers, DOM can't seem to stop having them :P . Economical pressures, HWBOT snaffoose,
renowned cheaters, trolls, outstanding contests, live broadcast mania. It continues to be an interesting ride. :good:

I would like to thank the whole crew here that has made being part of this community fun, weird, kinda creepy and fun again. Wish I was a more prolific bencher, but air aint cutting it no more since I met youse guyz.

EDIT: Although we will see if air can take p67 + 3x580s+8 SSDs to any boints :) (Assuming i get it in all at the same time)

Me and Dom Dom already talked about this baby thing :D (something a long the line of he's never gonna have a boy and also something about neutering as well...)

But yeah enough said, for the last 2 years it has been the funest, exciting 2 years of my life.

1st time going sub zero like a big boy (non of that Blue Orb cooler taking the fan out and put painter's tape around it to turn it into a pot thing)
getting my first real pot leading me picking up my 1st F1EE then the 2nd F1EE at the sametime picking up the baby F1 Gemini (still remember that time i made my own design of the Dice pot and how y'all kinda just freaked out :rofl)
1st time going over 4GHz, moving into 5GHz pushing 6.6GHz almost had a heart attack cuz i was so freaking excited. Till i got the Celeron 352 and dropped that puppy under LN2 and sat there for 12hrs with a web cast going (had to call superman for access code) think OCM was the only one noticed it hehe and end up with the 7.2GHz score (need to do it again get my 7.8GHz, if I hit 8 flat I can die happy)
Later on got my 1st Slim 666 GPU pot

People come people go, but I do remember ever last one of y'all as well as each little detail of what y'all have done for me. :Hi:

Then the 4u2doLN2 contest. ricks69 got me on the phone and pretty much walked me step by step on how to tweak each little thing. I still owe him a drink on that :laughing:

rick, Witchy, MD and OCM ect. have all hooked me up with lots of toys gotta thank them for that!

Some of you guys may or may not know me well enough on a daily level, but the ones who do have seen me saying this enough times: I am from China, born and raised there, moved to America when I was 13. But part of the reason we moved is because my part of the family are the abandoned part of big family tree. You guys are pretty much my cool part of the family at this point. I mean it.


School has been kicking my ass lately, but I monna try my best to get my ass back in here as much as i can instead of trolling around like i been doing for the last year or so hehe (some dumb ass just added economics and finance as well as international business so yeah.... whos ganna take the first kick on my balls?)
