I think its a painted screen on the back side you are seeing inside the case.

Yes actually the only part of the mobo tray remaining, is that behind the mobo, check out my worklog.

On the back side panel, there is a printed graphic, that I printed on vinyl, on the exterior of the case and on the inside of the case. :thumbsup:

Wish I had that type of artistic skill. Never could grasp it. Logically I can do it, body just does not cooperate lol.
