1/4" fittings? For....

steponz 01-09-2011 01:12 PM

Likely another chilled loop? no?

Neuromancer 01-09-2011 01:17 PM

I was thinking a HDD cooler, but the HDDs are not located anywhere near there are they? (unless thats the only spot left for another pump lol)

HybridChiller 01-10-2011 04:47 AM

it for an extra bottom plate in the case, and under it, will come in the loop :

inline temp sensor,
flow sensor,
pump PMP-400 or PMP-450,
drain valve,
koolanc TMS-200 controller,

and maybe if i have enough place left (height of 4,1cm) i put also a thin fan in there that blows up to the GPU'S.

HybridChiller 01-11-2011 09:04 AM

the bottom is as good as finished,
just need to order a flat pump with top...
if a Koolanc PMP-400 pump with top is maximum 40mm heigh.
I can take the bottom out any time it's a tight fit and is on 2 alu plates, nice and steady.
The usb internal, sata and ECP connector on the mobo is nice clean now.

This is no metal plate but 4mm not shiny black acryl plate PMMA15

only needs to get connectors for the PciE powercables for the GPU's :

Nearly any pump will do with the Boreas...I have seen little effect between pumps with the units. Same goes with the waterblock...stock vs aftermarket.
