Now for the last 2 hrs, I CAN NOT figure out why my pump is not pumping when it's in a closed system, like all the air isn't moving am I missing something?
here is a few pictures of the rig..

It's because you have more air than water in your loop. You need to keep tipping the case around and adding more water as the air is expelled. Those rads are still empty.

MaadDaawg 11-19-2011 05:35 AM

yeah, like tip it up 45 degrees or so, but with that amall resv it's gonna take you awhile.

Might consider going pump to CPU and then to so you don't have such a long unbroken water pathway. Might also help if you open the system before CAREFULLY filling the loop initially. Close loop means higher pressure.

shit.. just lost a bunch of wisdom I had written down only for it to disapear into the etheric
If that is the little swiffty Resv, it looks like it should slip out of the bay. If so, take it out and open one of the unused ports that is blocked off as an air escape valve. Open it slightly so only a little air will get out. Obviously this should not be on on the bottom  Then Open another port completely and use that pour your coolant into the system. Fill as much water as you can that way then turn on the pump. Once the pump runs dry of coolant, turn it off. Repeat A LOT until the look is practially full. don't forget to tighten all losed caps on the two ports on the Swifty. Probably can use those to bleed the loop too :)

You also might want to consider mounting a fill port on the top of the rig and running it to a "t" connector so you cna pour easier. If you're using a little swifty resv it's gonna be a bitch filling that loop

Looking real nice though dude :)
