Got it rigged up to one single 15a outlet outside my bench zone so no more shut downs within the bench zone. First stage is having trouble starting up consistently tho.....

not an expert but maybe get a booster cap for the first stage compressor?

Let it rest after you keep restarting it

No I'm sending him positive vibes!

I believe it needs 20 switch or bypass the box all together, these things are power hungry!

Kal - Lose that 100' extension cord and get one (12ga.) just long enough to reach a 20 amp plug in another room...I use a 15' extension cord for mine and run it from a 20 amp circuit down the hallway.

If electrical codes are anything like here, you should have 20 amp circuits powering your kitchen, dining room and bath plugs. A good hair dryer pulls in excess of 1500 watts. The washer circuit is also an excellent choice if within reach.
