personally, I would get the refund buy a fermi and get those fresh boints.

This card needs 1.3v to run 1000mhz, I just dont see AB or bios fixing a turd core.

you could always just put a dent in it, then work it out, then send it back...or just send that piece of shit back. I would get another one, and specify a "new" one, bench that, then sell it.
