if it runs without the 8 pin... then either failed cpu power circuit or a possible bad cpu.

Well, it doesn't run .. everything stays on, but nothing happens ..

When I change something, like a cmos jumper, or a BIOS jumper or something like that, when I power it in, it wont reboot the first time. then I turn it off, and try again and it just reboots O.o

I really hope its not the CPU =/
