I love painting coolermaster cases, nice work on the feet too. Should look real sharp against the back.

Polish though might be hard to keep going, have you thought about using a clear coat?

When I was in the Navy, we had to have our fire stations nice and shiny. Some divisions painted the brass nozzles with clear coat. Completely eliminated oxidation. (I did not however as getting out on deck in the sun was a great way to get off watch :) )

On a Navy boat, this would be necessary because the brass would be exposed to the elements, however on a computer case not necessary, that aluminum will not tarnish, unless I leave it outside in the rain... Which I will try and make it a habit not to do . ;) Thanks for the comments! :good:

Black does look better than the silver. You might back off the 38mm fans on your TRUE and maybe opt for some 25mm as the 38mm are little too much for it in that case. These fans I have listed below are nice, quite and push 110 CFM of air.

Also might look into painting the fan clips. Looks great so far though.

thanks buddy! I actually like the 38mm I like the size :-) I may look into some quiet fans down the road but I wanna see how this setup runs first.

Great idea on the fan clips, I'm just not sure if they would chip too easily??

Well I am just speaking from experience on the fans. I have two like that on mine but never turn them past halfway as it gets too loud not to mention halfway gets the job done.

They prolly will a bit but get em painted, get em mounted then do your touch up with like a model paint brush.
