hahahaha, same here, people ask after seeing my room, "are you a Hardware Mechanic ?"(My god, not even hardware engineer, and btw, wtf is hardware mechanic). I just have to pass on a sad smile saying "no no, I am a hardware bencher", and they whisper, 'yeah yeah, all the same'(as if they have met many benchers, lol)
