Yea it is brutal and you pay dearly for the slightest mistake .....

I love it though, I was never able to get into the race games where you slam into somebody of skip the track and wreck with no consenquences ...
You have to be on your game to roll with GTR for sure .....

a missed shift can cost you the race .....

It does also offer what I call gimp mode where damage mistakes are not as costly

they even have an automatic transmission option as well ... but I play with all assists off and 100% acurate damage, tire ware and parts failure .....

Garage is as deep as I have ever seen for tweaking your ride, but beware as you can dial it out with just a 1/2 pound of air in the front left ..... or a minot wing adjustment

They have a new one out called GTR Evolution ... may have better graphics ... Hope they did not mess with the physics though .....

i saw the gtr evolution... having a lil trouble finding gtr 2 gonna check steam soon

I am thinking of grabbing evolution to see what is new ...

Like I said above hope they did not dick with the physics as it is the best I have ever seen .....

See if I can get to the game stop this weekend a grab a copy .... I will let you know what it like and if it is worth the investment ....
