I keep thinking I'm done in the 8 ghz quest, but Spliggity's endeavors suck me back in the hunt......

Maybe it's time to try a different board again. Second Commando's getting pretty beaten up - and despite gobs of mods, chips don't like more than 1.85v in it......
DFI only got me 7.5 ghz.....

P5E3 premium incoming from Bulgaria. ETA 3 weeks. :ohcrap:

RMA time again for P55.....hope it's the chip. Cause that's where I'm starting. This is a no coldbug board so I'm not sending the mobo back first. Glad I haven't RMA'd the 980x yet. Can at least use that to get some HW boints from the 4870.

Edit: I currently have a beard, but my handful of gray hairs don't command that kind of respect...
