Oh man... major pain. :shock: Known & seen some people go down with some pretty bad injuries like a torn ACL & I've had a couple bad left ankle injuries myself playing soccer in college. Not fun at all...leg injuries suck

Get well soon OCM!!!! have seen a few people suffer even after 6 months of surgery due to lack of proper exercise schedule followed. Please do not do that, and follow your physio therapists advises.

I hate physical therapist! They made me do a bunch of boring boring stuff, lol.

This is surgery #7 for me. Another knee debridement.

Blew a chunk of cartilage in my right knee femoral plateau while in Austria back in 2003. (24 years old) :Dizzy:

Got patched up (cartilage transplant) and my legs straightened (bone graft) in 2003-2004. Now I get knee scopes every now and then to keep things in decent working order.
