I didn't check the teams, all Nippon don't make it HW sharing. All same team, well...

As long as one member sold it to another, I do not care.

If it was really sharing. "use it and send it back to me when done" is HW sharing.

that is wrong.

Out of 10 members in Katana, its still 9 people(maybe 10 and I havent looked deeper) who have a chip above 5600Mhz. Massman, tested 50 chips to get 3 which can do above 56multi. I have tested 22 chips to get 1. Can this be coincidence???

Hardly sharing if it's an AGP card that I have never benched/submitted or ever intend to lol...

I have never really understood the hardware sharing thing anyway. If you sell something it is not sharing? If you loan something it is? The result is the same any way you look at it, right? And if you loan something to another team, is that considered hardware sharing?

Public because there was nothing wrong or underhanded about it. A PM does not make something wrong right.
If I have never made a submission with a piece of hardware I see no harm in providing it to whomever I choose...Hwbot be damned. I'm sure sharing was meant to imply sharing points from a single piece of hardware anyway, otherwise it would have no consequence.
