Pot mount and TIM choice also greatly influence CB. Especially if you're noticing a wide discrepancy between CB and CBB.

Low CB doesn't always equal better performance. Sometimes it just means you have a crappy mount.

You need a temp probe Tu. I suggest you get one before buying any more LN2. Don't have to have a Fluke - just get a $30 one from Hong Kong in flea bay.

LN2 benching is as much about pouring for temp titration as it is about tweaking. Especially benches like 06 and Vantage where you need to vary your pouring rate dramatically between subtests.
