What I see is 1.352v under load, mine ran at 1.408v under load. Who gives a crap if you set it for 120v in bios if it only runs at 1.352v under load. For the record I got better temps on my Q6600 under a light 10 second load than that too and that was at 1.54v under load...

I'm not telling you your block doesn't work dude but saying it's the best is pretty far fetched when it's so easy to prove the claim wrong.

BTW I would seriously do whatever mod is needed on that board to fix it's drop and droop, that is completely unaccaptable.

I'm not discussing best block bro, read it again. No where in this thread did I say it was the best block. The voltage dropped off to 1.35 at the end of the run. From the beginning it ran at 1.4 volts and dropped off to 1.35 during the last 25% of the run.

Post the screenshot of your better temps (what is this? 32c?), water configuration, ambient temps etc. at your 1.54 Vcore. Now your comparing and now its competition or just suck it up and admit its good temps.

Now it's time for the bad news bro, I think I dumped all ss info and such from back in the kentsfield days when I retired my Q6600 as the antique it had become over a year ago...I will have a look and see what I can dig up but I never checked temps after a 10 second run tbh as I figured if it would run the bench (all ten seconds of it) and get a ss the temps were irrelevant.

My reference to that block being called the best was to another thread and not specific to you Supes. I would still find out wtf is wrong with your setup though as those temps aren't good for what is essentially idle.
