I did not get the video card either till i saw the side panel again, makes sense though, matching them and all. And getting rid of the red sticker is good. Supposed to look like an nviida card not an ATi card :p
TRUE bugs me a bit (I am a little "monk"ish.) but you could always just straighten it up for pics ;) |

About the cooler, yeah bro just straighten it up for pics and twist it when not in Photography Mode :D |
Sweet makes me want to go out to the shop:) But then I would have to clean it up:( I might get my bike out though:(
Filters? That is a great job and a lot of time and effort. Congrats. |

I understand on the video card too, alot of what I do is personal taste, I try and make it appealing to everyone, and modders will respect it as can most for the time and effort involved, but I do not expect everyone to like everything about it. But thanks for the props, I appreciate it, sooooo much time involved! |

Actually, the case has filters built into the bottom, which do a pretty good job, mainly for the psu, but there are no filters on the front, the front of the case keeps most stuff out of there. and just wipes right off, I about once a week just wipe the bottom off, and use air to give it a little clean up inside. Thanks, it was a lot of work, but well worth it! :good: |

Yeah I read the thoughts about the cooler. |
Check out the sig... yep on air, can't wait for my new ram!! Chilly night here in Chicago, 1.425V which was probably more than necessary. Wanna know my idle temp? 26C 36C approx on the cores!
Actually got this 1333mhz ram to survive 1800mhz, not for benching, just to boot. Not too bad. For sale, check the marketplace! |

Sweet, when does it arrive?

I actually beat my best Super Pi time, but thought I could get more out of her so I did not screenshot, trying to push further. That didn't go to well. But I was able to run Super Pi at 4.7__ghz no problem, and only saw about 36C CPU temp, 46C on the cores. :good: |

My i7 was idling at 4.4GHZ at 19C even at 1.435 volts or so she was sitting at 26C. That's the reason I pushed. What I was more impressed by is learning the different straps and how to work around them for different memory clocks. Because of my ram, if I run a lower strap. the 2x800 I get less speed out of my ram, but can bench higher, but running at the 2x1067 strap. I was able to get the memory to run idle, no benching at 860mhz! that's 1720mhz on 1333mhz ram 1.65 volts and stock timings. Not too shabby, but I wanna bench that high and higher ;) |
I've been pretty conservative on the vDimm and Vtt as well. I'll have to toss that mentality soon to break into the upper classess I suspect. Almost ready for the E762 first boot.

Don't be afraid of it, I know you can do it! That should be a sweet arse Mobo you have there! :good: |
Even at 5.4ghz, I only had 1.67 vDimm running. That'll change tho.
