Thanks DOM. There gold rated one's are priced very nice right now on performance-pcs, but they are only rated @ 25c on their MTBF. :(
|
Yea it is not the strongest 1K out there, much rather use the Antec TBH
But it fits and reviews decent .... time will tell |

Kool .... yea we will see if the Strider has anything once I get the 580's in the slot
here it is, booted Heading out for dinner and a movie with the girlfriend, hope I get home on time to toss a few OS's on this tonight yet, if not tommorow morning this case is small once you start throwing parts in it Think I am naming it (10 pounds of shit in a 5 pound bag) ............ |
Beastly Witchy :D
|
Looks very nice, am tempted by that case for the planned LAN build I'm doing.
|
Very clean, dunno what you mean by too small. (M4E is an oversized ATX right?) My rosewill midtower is too small. need to add sata cables before anything else, its kinda hit or miss even then...
Easier to add sata cables to mobo route them and then install motherboard *fail Plus all the cutouts seem to be setup for something other than motherboards. (thats true of 99% of cases I have seen though). |
Very clean looking build dude. Especially for the small size.

Hilarious at how small that case is. Smaller than the monitor but packs a punch!! Just ordered me a case this morning. :)
|
:laughing:yea it is tiny ....... had to shoehorn the MB ....
funny thing is it is rediculously heavy ..... What case did you go with ? |
To be announced soon enough. It is small though.

Nice work with them 5770's in crossfire. Wish I could get another crack at them but both my cards are in hw heaven. May they R.I.P.
|
Thanks
With this platform the clocks don't even need to be all that ..... may have to revisit some old card I have laying around |

Finally the gamer is ready to load ....
Here are some final pics, 10 pounds of shit in a 5 pound bag But the age old question, will it run Crysis .................... |
dude nice setup there!
really like the case |
Clean rig, SLi 580's should keep you in the game for awhile.
|
Nice looking gamer bro, overkill to da maximuz :)
|
Nice! I remember when you were talking some type micro ATX shat for this build! ROFL. Definitely overkill to the max.
|
 Thanks guys,
Yea kinda went overboard but it was good for 500 boints or so, now I am retiring it to it's intended use .......... Gaming Small break before the LGA 2011 deep freeze, may eff around with some 775 shit to nickel and dime some boints for the team. Ready to kill some shit and do some racing .... Loading up the OS tonight, tommorow teaking it up and Wednesday loading games. It has been awile so will start out with some MW2 then finish up Black ops and on to Crysis 2 FTW  And the Standards Nascars Racing 2003, GTR 2 and grabbing F1 2010 Heard so many problems with nV Stereo I am looking at this ISP panel instead of tri's http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824185011 Anybody have any insight on a top end IPS or an opinion on the linked one, please I am kinda in the dark on these as I have always just used cheap TN panels .... trying to keep it under a grand if possible  Have heard PAnisonic uses IPS screen on the TV's ..... 32" would = WIN, but at the cost of resolution but figuring at 4.8 with 2x 580's should be able to all but max eye candy |

finally have everything ready to roll
trying to keep core under 1.35 for 24/7 gaming But the best I can muster 4.4 :ohcrap: The good news is it is crushing everthing I throw at it and will run everything in the start menu similtaniosly .... passed 20 passes of LinX as well, Huston we have stability LOL it has been a long time since I have even worried about that .... Eye candy has to be controlled from the nVCP as the games don't have high enough settings in the menu's :) May crank it up to 1.4 core and see where that takes me, 4.6 possibly mild overclock on the cards as nothing has stresses these things yet may even load Crysis just to see where the FPS land ............ Grabbing Crysis 2 tonight FTW  Does anyone else despise Steam or is it just me ......... O yea, Check out the new hot rod ROG GPUZ |
Dude, I really like your rig.
Just got a pair of second hand EK rads in. I'm monna (ok, I'm not kiki so I won't use monna)... I'm gonna chop up my little Lian Li soon and water cool it during this benching downtime. I'm soooo looking fwd to modding again. To infinity and beyond>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>OCA FTMFW :D |
That's cool, I had a lot of fun putting this thing together, sure you will have a blast, I am looking forward to some gaming, have not really played anything in like a year and a half. |
