The important thing here IMO, is that we no longer shoot at eachother and work together to dismantle the beast and become the force to be reckoned with.

Side note, I like "The Alliance" as well as "The OC Alliance", look at it this way, you guys are still OCA with that one!

Hell your still Overclockaholics no matter what goes down,....we are just talking about pooling points and working as brothers anyways...nothin new in most of that.;)

Good point, how bout we just fall under the umbrella company "Overclockaholics"? Everyone loves it, u love, we love it, its unified and its been the neutral zone for CP and NBOC for some time now. :morpheus:

Yes this place has been a safe haven for most. But we all should give a little blood to ratify this. The NBOC team can see the great benefits of this union past the loss of our team name,...I hope you guys can too.

Actually, alot of people care and care deeply for "Overclockaholics".

Well for me Kal I really like the people here......

The people are what is important to me.

If others feel differently I certaily understand.

But the idea of this is sound and together we could be a serious force.

There has to be some common ground to stand on I would think .... :ola:

I see all the differing points of view and acknowledge the consessions being offered by NBOC in "blood" by foregoing an NBOC exclusive naming schema. The focus here is overwhelmingly bot points and standings or "Numbers". While thats all fine and dandy, cool and delicious, downright awesome, I have this nagging responsibilty to safeguard the longterm health and interests of this community.

I may be touchy/feely with Overclockaholics and I'm not alone by a longshot, but its for good reason. It has defined this community as a whole. Like it or not, you boys have been part of this Community for a long time now.

Community is much more than numbers, its relationships, friendships, loyalty, longevity. We are not machines, not bots, we are much more than numbers. Its not "All Bot Business" here. There's a balanced relationship between common overclocking interest in hwbot competition, friendly competition and general pc performance enthusiasm. That is how our team is shaped.

The decision to enter into this merger will be made with much deliberation.

As it should be. I would ask my team members to give OCA the space they need to decide this...
