No 22X to be found here...and I can not even boot single core. If I could just figure out how to get mhz up to 4499 I could nail it.

i'm using 22x on my i920...and its very close to the 980x lol....

I have to say that i admire the teamwork, communication and sportsmanship that has occured in this competition. Hats off to you guys. This kind of selflessness makes me proud to be a part of this community.

As I told Banik earlier, no magic involved. Everything you see in my video is exactly what I do for each run of SPI...this and look at any of the screens I put up tells you everything I am doing. I never did get comfortable with that manual wazza tho... :good:

Without that extra mhz for the 920 I may have to concede to Hit and Run's score. I am so close but damn I am sick of running this bench for awhile lol... :taunt:

DrNip - Here are the single and dual channel runs you requested. Dual channel was not too bad of a hit and mem usage pulled down to 32K. Single channel took a dive and mem usage pulled down to 40K.

Wow - Just noticed the dual channel run took second spot. :shock:

Hoping a mobo change will help me out... and that rev9 XP. My ram is tight all over but cant break lower than 58RTL on 6-6-6 at 1700+

RAM also dont like 7-7-7 so 1800-2000 is out on mem speed. and I could not get 2200 to boot at 8-8-8 with 1.74s on vdimm..

I just did get it from rickss69 and I get the same results as yesterday. Can't get it to work from a flash drive.

follow the way reverend maynard posted. You need to format it special and make it bootable

I tried that, then tried other instructions, and then late-night tried again that way. No luck. :blink:
Probably try that again when I get home later, I could have missed something.

There is a way to create a bootable install usb image with the miniePE creator iirc... I gotta find the write up on that.

Either that, or just spring for a used dvd rom at a mom/pop tech shop...
