I will let you know how air cooling the AM3 board goes as well. Sempron is a freaking crazy awesome chip. My top air clocks were same as ln2 but I was on an ASUS board... so 250-300 max HTREF depending on the bios.

I was temp limited after all. LN2 (at DICE temps).
