Im forcing myself to learn spi 32m, and I suuuck at it lol

Learn it on the TaiServer OS. It is efficient as all hell but can be a bitch to run sometimes.

I went through a nightmare install but got Tai running last night ...

The problem is it didn't outperform chuch's XP at all, less than 1s

Im having trouble setting maxmem in taiserver ... no option in msconfig and no boot.ini file to add the switch???

Manual wazza ftmfw though, getting comfortable with that.

Hmmm, that's strange. For me it beat his OS by 20 seconds on 32m.

Well complete failsauce tonight. Wasted about 10 maybe 15 liters until I finally quit. Was trying out a different 352. 1st off my temp meter blows balls. Wouldn't go past -130. So I never really knew what temp I was at. I felt so blind when I hit that -130 wall. CBB seemed to be all over the place. -54, -68, -78 and even a -95!!!??? I really think it was the cheap ass temp meter pooching me the whole time. It was just too damn hard to clock with. Managed a 6.9ghz and that was it. Complete waste of my time, money and energy. Now I have 10-15 liters in the garage that are going to be wasted due to not having a working temp meter. When I get the money, going with a Uei as my last one never let me down. Sick of these cheap ass ones and sick of these failed missions.

Well, I'm envious of your temperatures to say the least. Failed missions or not, your temps make me want to start drinking.

Going to try to rake together some funds next week for a new temp meter.

Oh mang, I got knocked below 500 boints, I hope this weekend lends me some bench time :)

Any word from big bird on WTF hwbot plans to do Dec 1st?

Patch 11-26-2010 11:57 PM

Dunno Supes, but it's frustrating to try and bench. Couldn't even submit 06 tonight cause it said there is a new version and I need to download it......doing that now at snail pace.

2X580 has been a mixed bag tonight. Good news is that I'm liking my CPU more and more. Bad news is that I couldn't get SLI recognizably enabled in GPUZ in XP. PITA mainly because I was stuck benching everything in Win7 64 (unless I wanted to waste yet another evening troubleshooting and reinstalling crap.....which I did NOT). Made for crappy efficiency, particularly in 06 CPU tests done at 6 GHZ :), but still fun.
