Does the heatkiller come with a backplate or you gotta order that seperately?

I got a couple 3k's running and they are very loud at full throttle, using the older model kaze fan controller with the 3k's caused the fan controller grief (or it coulda been the sub-zero air being pumped thru the case) but yah, u get my drift on the noise level.
